A total of 75 properties sold in the month of June from Mexico Beach to Indian Pass. Below is the break down of sales by area.
Cape San Blas/ Indian Pass/ Scenic Hwy 30 SOLD Properties: 17 properties were sold in the Cape San Blas area including a fabulous gulf front lot on Treasure Drive with 75′ of frontage for $389K. A fabulous Gulf Front home sold for $890K on Canoe Lane. For the first time in years, properties are being “flipped”. A bank owned property containing 3 parcels was purchased for $124K and at closing, two of the parcels were sold for $60K and $64K. A foreclosure in Barrier Dunes sold for $184,900.
Mexico Beach jumped up to the top spot in sales this month with a total of 33 properties selling in the month of June. A large development piece sold for $2.3 million. Twelve interior lots ranging in price from $16,500 to $80K sold. Several townhomes and condos sold ranging in price from $259K to $350K.
Port St Joe SOLD Properties: 18 properties were sold in Port St Joe including a fabulous home located steps to the bay on Mimosa for $279,900. A large home sold in Southgate for $350K. A nice home in the Bridgeport Subdivision sold for $137,500. A 3BR Barefoot Cottage unit sold for $179K. An RV lot on Dixie View sold for $13,500.
North Gulf County SOLD properties:
There were 7 properties sold in the north end of the county this month. A custom designed home situated on 4 acres sold for a surprising $308K. A nice home on Chipola St. sold for $60K. A lake front lot in the Wetappo Subdivision sold for $13,500.
